Sam Lennon, head baker and owner of Stoke Bakery

Our story

Stoke-on-Trent to the South West

Stoke Bakery began with a simple idea: bake good bread and pastry, and take it straight to the people who'll eat it.

Head baker and owner Sam Lennon was born in Stoke-on-Trent and lived between Dunedin, Perth and Sydney before settling his passion for baking in Busselton. He trained in patisserie and bread at La Patisserie in South Perth, then sharpened his craft at AP Bakery in Sydney — and now runs a bakery of his own.

The commercial bakery in Busselton is fully solar-powered, and we use local ingredients wherever we can. Good baking you can feel good about.
